Packing: We strive to pack all our orders within 24-48 hours M-F.
- Larger orders 100+ lots may take over 48 hours.
- International orders may take longer due to additional paperwork
Errors? Mistakes happen. However, we are happy to fix any errors that might occur.

Missing pieces? No worries. We have simple options to fix that.
Cancellations: We follow the Brickowl guidelines.
Feedback: We will post feedback for you once you have marked the order "Complete".
- If after 30 days it has not been marked "Complete", we will post feedback.
Shipping: We ship all mostly through USPS. On occassion we will use UPS, depending on cost & delivery times.

- Please do not ask if we can ship bricks, plates, utensils, accessories, or Lego of any kind in standard USPS letter envelopes. Ain't gonna happen.
Shipping Charges: Start at just $5.85 (USPS GROUND ADVANTAGE).
Shipping: Monday thru Friday (Holidays may delay shipping)
Shipping Notification: You will receive tracking info through the day your package ships.
Shipping address: Only ship to PayPal address. No exceptions.

Quality Of Parts In Our Store

NEW: Items are directly taken from the bags in a new set. Items can sometimes have alternate versions or color differences (manufacturers discretion). New items may have marks due to the nature of factory packaging. While we part out Mini Figures UNassembled in-house, if we receive new minifigs from other sources, the may come assembled.

USED: Items marked "Good" are clean, but may show signs of normal wear. We do our best to discard bent, knicked, gauged or otherwise damaged pieces. Windscreens, transparent doors, tiles & windows may have light scratches due to being 'used'. We do our best to not sell heavily worn, scratched or 'cloudy' transparent pieces.

ALL OTHER: Will list in the description what is wrong with them and are priced accordingly (ie: rare or hard-to-find pieces).

STORING PARTS: New and Used parts are stored seperately, and in plastic containers in a smoke-free environment, climate controlled.

PACKING :

In an effort to reduce excess paper usage, we are moving to a more digital pick & pack system. Therefore you may not receive a paper copy of your pick sheet.

If we are going to be unable to completing your order within the 48 hour time frame we will contact you.

We strive to be perfect with every order -but let's be real- mistakes will happen. We kindly ask that you contact us with any discrepencies so that we have the opportunity to correct our mistakes before leaving us negative feedback. Thanks!

PACKAGING:

We pack in plastic bags. New and used parts will be packed separately. Mini Figures are in individual bags. Several parts may be all in one bag.

We ship in either bubble mailers or boxes depending on order weight and item sizes.

PAYMENTS:

We use Paypal Instant Checkout and Stripe.

If the order is not paid when it is placed, you will be sent an invoice that is due within three days. If invoices are not paid within that time frame the order may be cancelled.

TAXES:

BrickOwl® currently asseses and charges you Sales Taxes on your orders from all BrickOwl® shops. We have no control over this and do not receive any of the money marked as Taxes on your Invoice. BrickOwl® collects the tax money and submits it to the appropriate tax authorities.

FEEDBACK :

Feedback we will be posted when order is marked Complete. If they are not mark Complete then it is Posted after 30 days.

CANCELLING ORDERS:

When you place an order you enter into a contract.

We will not cancel orders.

Some LEGO® sets contain small parts that are NOT suitable for and may pose a hazard to children less than 3 years of age. LEGO® DUPLO sets have larger pieces which are specially designed for children under 3.
